This order form is for YOUR custom graphics. Be sure to contact us (see below) to make sure we can make your logo BEFORE placing an order. All logos must be in .PNG format.

Graphics are affixed to flags (sold separately) before shipping, so they're all ready for use when they arrive at your mailbox. Each purchase includes two graphics (i.e., one for each side of a single flag).
